What to Expect (and not to expect) When You Talk to Us
Free Discovery Call
The first step in our process is a free discovery phone call where we’ll get to know you and your needs. This is not a sales call where we are trying to pitch you. The purpose of this call is to determine if we are a fit for you, and vice versa.
Expect: a friendly, lighthearted talk where both parties can learn about each other.
Don’t expect: pushy sales pitches.
Analysis & Recommendations
After our discovery call, we will take the information we learned from you about your goals and your competition and do a thorough analysis to determine a roadmap for your success. If your situation aligns with our solution portfolio, we will schedule a follow up call to discuss the roadmap and partnership.
Expect: a very detailed analysis of your current situation, and a proposal of solutions to achieve your goals.
Don’t expect: a cookie-cutter price package.
Onboarding Process
When you accept our proposal, we will immediately begin the onboarding process. You’ll speak to our director of operations who will discuss the plan for the first several weeks. We’ll also ask you for any assets or information we need to get started, whether that be photos, brand kits, or other marketing materials you have.
Expect: an in-the-weeds conversation about what we will be doing week to week. Also expect for us to ask you for things we need from you (if you have them).
Don’t expect: to be sold and then forgotten about.

Now that you’re one of our partners, we will be viewing your success as pivotal to our own.
