How I got here

I started Frontend Horizon because I kept watching SMB owners pay agencies for 'results-driven, conversion-focused experiences' and get a brochure site nobody could find on search. The five-phase positioning — census → public data → ICPs → system → build — came out of three years of doing the work backwards and learning where the budget actually leaks.

What I work on day-to-day

Discovery calls, scope reviews, and the five-phase audits that anchor every new engagement. I write most of the long-form work on the FH blog and review every client agreement before it ships.
