Every engagement runs through the same five phases. We don’t skip steps; we don’t fork to ad spend before we’ve mapped the audience. Nobody on this team gets paid for skipping that order.

    We pull the actual numbers for your geo before the discovery call. Household income, business density, growth rate, language mix. The map you can't argue with.

    Public Data

    Permit pulls, license filings, ad spend on the public ad libraries, your competitors' shipping receipts. We read the open record so you don't pay us to research things Google already published.

    ICPs

    Three to five concrete personas drawn from the census + public-data overlay. Not 'small-business owner' — 'Dallas single-mom remodeler with under $250K AGR who reads Nextdoor before bed.' Specific or it doesn't ship.

    System

    The build itself — site, lead pipeline, SEO baseline, paid plan, content cadence. Scoped to what closes for the ICPs from phase 3, not what the agency last quarter wanted to bill for.

The apps we built once and run on every client site: the lead pipeline, the analytics, the error and journey checks, the reporting, the ops backbone. The same code that ships your site runs every other FH client, so we know what a site should produce and we price on whether it produces it. On the lean tier our team runs the site with Elevi doing the repeatable work underneath; above it our people run a performance partnership, paid on the new revenue we source. See the platform.
