Reading as Construction

We build million-dollar custom homes — not shower repair leads.

You’re a builder, GC, or specialty trade who used to get junk leads from aggregators and a website nobody could find. You want a digital presence that puts million-dollar projects in front of you, not bottom-of-the-barrel pricing wars. The site has to do the credibility work; the SEO has to put you in front of the right buyer; the lead form has to filter out the tire kickers.

Leads for the build you want — not the repair you don’t.

I work with Frontend Horizon on SEO and social media marketing, which has been great. I used to get leads for shower repair. Now I get leads for building million dollar custom homes. Love the work they have done and continue to do for me.

Ben Bowers, Owner & CEO — BHR Construction

What usually trips you up

  • You pay for tire-kickers, not buyers. HomeAdvisor and Angi invoice you for shower-repair price-shoppers while the $1.2M remodel googles a custom-home builder and finds your competitor. You’re renting the wrong leads.
  • The site can’t carry the price tag. A buyer about to spend seven figures wants proof you’ve done it. A 2018 template with stock photos and no real project gallery quietly tells them you haven’t.
  • Google has you filed under the wrong job. You rank for ‘handyman near me.’ The high-margin client types a different query — and you’re on page four for the work that actually pays.

How we’d run it

  • Rebuild the site as a portfolio, not a brochure. Real project pages, real photos, budgets named where you can name them. Credibility qualifies the buyer before the form ever does.
  • Re-target search to the job you want. We map the queries a high-margin buyer actually types and rank you for those — not the repair work that’s been finding you by accident.
  • Filter the form, don’t just collect it. Budget and scope questions up front, so the inbox fills with projects worth a callback instead of noise to triage.

The price · pick your size

Which bracket is honest for this quarter?

Six brackets, smallest to largest, with the starting price on every card. Read the signals, find yourself, open the one that fits to see what ships.

Size 1 of 6

Startups

Pre-revenue or just launched. No website yet, or one you'd never send to a customer.

You’ll recognize yourself if…

  • Solo or 1099, no W-2 employees yet
  • Pre-revenue or your first full year on your own
  • Customers find you through people, not search
  • No marketing budget. Cash flow runs week to week

Pricing · Construction

$25/mo · Subdomain landing page

10-day launch · 2 ways in

Where this tier ships

No public startup reference live yet. The subdomain-landing offer was built for solo operators who haven't shipped a site. You'd be the first one we send live in this tier — and you'd land in the gallery as the proof for the next operator who reads this page.

For Construction at this stage we lead with: Web Design & Development.

Size 2 of 6

Micro

Owner-led, a handful on payroll, mostly local, growing on word-of-mouth and one or two channels.

You’ll recognize yourself if…

  • 1 to 9 employees, owner still on the floor weekly
  • Most customers local. Service area covers a metro or county
  • Past word-of-mouth, no marketing role on staff
  • First real budget for the website and ongoing acquisition

Pricing · Construction

$99/mo · Portfolio site

3-4 week launch

For Construction at this stage we lead with: Web Design & Development · SEO Management · Social Media Marketing.

Size 3 of 6

Small

10 to 49 on payroll, a marketing budget forming, ready for a full custom build.

You’ll recognize yourself if…

  • 10 to 49 W-2 employees, departments starting to form
  • More than one channel: SEO, referrals, maybe early paid
  • Marketing has a budget and the owner signs off on the plan
  • A recent rebrand, or one you've been postponing

Pricing · Construction

from $200/mo · Full build + monthly care

6-8 week launch

For Construction at this stage we lead with: Web Design & Development · SEO Management · Social Media Marketing.

Size 4 of 6

Medium

50 to 249 on payroll. Managers in place, owner off the truck, running more than one acquisition channel.

You’ll recognize yourself if…

  • 50 to 249 employees, owner runs the business not the jobs
  • Multi-channel acquisition: SEO, paid, social, referrals
  • Marketing has a budget and at least one owner internally
  • Either a recent rebrand or one you've been postponing

Pricing · Construction

typically $300-800/mo · Full build + ongoing channels

6-10 weeks

Where this tier ships

Most of our medium-size engagements run ongoing, so the public reference moves with the engagement rather than sitting in a static gallery. Ask in discovery and we'll walk you through the closest match to your headcount and channel mix — what we run, what it costs, and what it moved.

For Construction at this stage we lead with: Web Design & Development · SEO Management · Competitor Analysis.

Size 5 of 6

Large

250 to 999 on payroll. One brand at real scale: multiple locations, an in-house team to plug into.

You’ll recognize yourself if…

  • 250 to 999 employees, internal marketing team or agency partner
  • One brand, multiple locations or service lines
  • Per-location SEO, landing pages, and attribution stitched together
  • Procurement and a security review in the loop

Pricing · Construction

Custom · talk to us · Single-brand-at-scale engagement

Phased. First locations live in 6-10 weeks

How this tier ships

Single-brand-at-scale engagements are scoped per footprint, so the public reference moves with the engagement. We've shipped the multi-tenant shape this size needs — a shared core with per-location content on isolated buckets — and we'll walk you through it against your own location list. Talk to us to scope it honestly.

Size 6 of 6

Enterprise

1,000+ on payroll. Multiple brands, regions, or business lines under one parent.

You’ll recognize yourself if…

  • 1,000+ employees, in-house marketing team or agency partner

  • Shared design system with per-tenant content and attribution

Phased. First brand live in 6-10 weeks

How this tier ships

Enterprise engagements scope per portfolio, so the public reference moves with the engagement. We're building Elevi as the platform layer that ships at this size — multi-tenant Next.js with isolated buckets and a shared core, the same shape we'd ship to your brand stack. How operators in this industry usually open

Hey FH — construction company, tired of junk leads from aggregators. Need a real website + SEO program that puts the right project in front of the right buyer. What does kickoff look like?

What holds across every segment

Same standards, whatever your industry or stage.

The offer changes with your stage and the voice changes with your industry. These six don’t.

  • One named outcome per sprint.

Every 1–2 week sprint ships against a single outcome you signed off on. No open-ended retainer where the work blurs and the invoice doesn’t.

  • Sprint zero comes first.

Phases 1 and 2 — the census read and the audience map — run before any build is quoted, so you see the shape of your market before you commit to a build.

  • Census-grounded, not guessed.

Targeting comes from real ACS, County Business Patterns, and LEHD data scoped to your geo and industry — not the addressable market a brief assumed.

  • The same people every week.

You talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages. Continuity holds across the whole engagement.

  • No retainer trap.

Sprint billing, not month-to-month rent. Stop when the outcome’s met, scale when it’s working. You keep what the site earns.

  • We’ll tell you if we’re not the fit.

If the public data says we can’t move your number honestly, we say so and point you at a firm that can. We’d rather lose the work than waste your quarter.

The system underneath

Census → Public Data → ICPs → System → Sprint.

Every engagement, regardless of industry or stage, runs the same five phases. The first two are the read. You see your market before any build is quoted.

  1. 1

    Phase 1

    Census

Pull US Census + ACS + County Business Patterns scoped to your geo and NAICS.

    Ships: Market Frame Report

  2. 2

    Phase 2

    Public Data

Overlay state filings, property records, review platforms, and license boards to find people inside the frame who are actually active.

    Ships: Audience Map

  3. 3

    Phase 3

    ICPs

Build a card for each audience cluster. Demographics, signals, triggers, sales cycle, channel preference.

Ships: ICP card set (3-7 cards)

  4. 4

    Phase 4

    System

Tailor the marketing system to each ICP. Offers, sequences, content, attribution, reporting.

    Ships: Working marketing system

  5. 5

    Phase 5

    Sprint

Execution on 1-2 week sprints with a named outcome per sprint. Continuous reporting and rebalance.

    Ships: Named outcome per sprint

Before you pick

The questions that come up first.

How is this priced?

Sprints, not retainers — a named outcome per 1–2 week sprint, billed against it. Stage one starts at $25/mo for a subdomain landing page and scales to custom portfolio engagements. Pick your stage above to see the number for your bracket.

What’s sprint zero?

Phases 1 and 2 — the census read and the public-data audience map. We pull them before quoting any build, so you see your actual market before you commit.

My business sits between two stages. Which do I pick?

Pick the one that’s honest for this quarter — undersell rather than over. Sprint zero scopes the exact engagement, and the offer flexes to where you actually are.

Do you only work with these six industries?

These are the six we’ve shipped enough work in to have a real playbook. Outside them? Send your situation — if the public data lets us scope it honestly, we’ll take it; if not, we’ll say so.

What if I already have a website or an agency?

Common. We still start with sprint zero — the census read tells us whether the problem is the site, the targeting, the channels, or the offer. You get the diagnosis before you decide to switch anything.
