Elevi, the platform under every site we run

Every lead scored and in front of you the moment it lands.

Elevi is the system we built to run client sites. It scores each form lead out of 100, drops the bots, sends you an alert with the reason, records the jobs that close, and feeds the written read you get every Friday.

How a lead flows

From a stranger on Google to a job on the books.

Seven steps, three lanes. The blue lane runs on its own the second a form lands. Everything else is a person: you, or us.

The blue lane is Elevi. Everything in it runs on its own; everything outside it is a person, you or us.
  1. Your website

    Someone finds you

They land from Google, the map, an ad or a friend's link. Elevi notes the page they came in on and the channel that sent them, because both say a lot about what they want.

  2. Your website

They send the form, or call

The form collects what you need before you call back, including how they would like to be reached. The phone number on every page rings straight through to you.

  3. Elevi

Scored out of 100, junk dropped

The form lead is scored from five signals, and the phone number is checked as a real mobile, landline or internet line. Bots that trip the filter are dropped and never counted.

  4. You

    An alert, with the reason

The alert shows the score, why it scored that way and how fast to answer. A hot lead, 80 or better, is flagged to answer within the hour. The customer gets a note that their request arrived.

  5. You

You call the best ones first

You work the list from the top, while those buyers are still comparing. Their message is in the alert, so your first call starts with the job they asked about.

  6. Elevi

    The closed job is recorded

When a lead becomes a job, it is marked won with the job value, who confirmed it and how the value was backed up. The per-lead and per-close parts of your plan are counted from that one record.

  7. You

    The Friday read

Every Friday you get a written read: what shipped, what it did to your leads, and what comes next. If something is not working, it says so, with what we are changing.

What Elevi does

The work nobody sees, done on every lead.

None of this is a separate product you log into. It runs underneath your site, so you and our team spend the time on the leads worth calling.

  • Every form lead scored out of 100

Five signals decide it: the page they came in on, whether they left a phone and an email, whether the phone is a real mobile line, what the message says, and how they want to be reached.

  • Junk kept out of your count

A hidden field catches form-filling bots, and a burst of submissions from one address gets cut off. A bot that trips the filter is never recorded, so it never becomes a lead you pay for.

  • An alert the moment it lands

The alert leads with the score and the reasons behind it, says how fast to answer, and flags a phone number that failed the carrier check before you waste a call on it.

  • Where every lead came from

Each lead is tagged when it arrives with the channel that sent it: paid ads, organic search, social, a referral or a direct visit. That is how we tell you which channel brings jobs, not just clicks.

  • Closed jobs on one record

A won lead carries its job value, who confirmed it and how the value was backed up. The per-lead and per-close parts of your plan are counted from that record, lead by lead.

  • A Friday read a person signs off

The read is drafted from the work that actually shipped, then someone on the team edits and approves it before it reaches you. Nobody pastes charts into a deck.

  • Broken forms caught fast

Errors on the sites we run are fingerprinted and grouped where the team works every day. A form that stops sending shows up as an error, not as a quiet month.

  • One platform under every site

Every site we build runs on the same stack. A fix we make for one client lands for all of them, and your site is never a one-off that nobody can maintain after launch.

What you see each week

One written read, every Friday.

Plain English, not a login and a wall of tiles. You walk into Monday knowing what we did, what it did for your leads, and what happens next.

  • Written by the people doing the work
  • Drafted from what actually shipped, then approved by a person
  • Bad news goes in the same note as good news

    What shipped

Every change we made, in plain English, not a ticket number.

What it meant for your leads

What the week's work did to the leads coming in, without a wall of charts.

  4. 04

    What is not working

Anything falling short, named, with what we are changing about it.

    What is next

What we are doing next week, before you have to ask.

Your leads, your customers

Where your leads go, and where they never go.

  • Your leads go to you

A lead from your site is routed to you. Elevi is not a lead marketplace, and a request from your site is never handed to another contractor.

  • No robot texts to your customers

Elevi never texts your customers on its own. They get one email saying their request arrived. Every call and text after that comes from a person.

  • Every close has a paper trail

A closed job records who confirmed it, when, and how the value was backed up, so the per-close part of your bill always traces back to a real job.

Questions owners ask

About Elevi.

Do I have to learn new software?
No. Elevi is the system our team runs your site on, not software you have to learn or license. What reaches you is the alert when someone asks for work, and the written read every Friday.
How is a lead scored?
Out of 100, from five signals: the page they came in on (up to 30 points), whether they left both a phone and an email (25), whether the phone is a mobile line (20), what the message says (15), and how they want to be reached (10). 80 and up is hot and is flagged to answer within the hour. Under 20 is a tire kicker.
What stops spam from counting as a lead?
A hidden field that only bots fill in, and a limit on how many times one address can submit in a minute. A submission caught by the filter is never recorded, so it never counts as a lead. Phone numbers that fail the carrier check are flagged in the alert.
How is a closed job recorded?
The lead is marked won with the job value in whole dollars. Elevi records who confirmed it, when, and how the value was backed up: reported by you, from records we hold, or from a document. A value that is plainly a typo is rejected.
Does Elevi text or call my customers?
No. It never texts your customers on its own. They get one email confirming their request arrived, and every call and text after that comes from a person.
Is Elevi a separate charge?
There is no Elevi license to buy. It is how we deliver the work. Plans are built from three parts: a monthly retainer, a price per qualified lead and a share of each closed job. We quote them on a call.
Why build your own platform?
Because the same code runs every client site. A fix for one client lands for all of them, and the lead score, the alert and the closed-job record all come from one place, which is what per-lead and per-close pricing needs to be fair.

Want to know how leads would reach you?

Ask us on a call: how your form would be scored, where the alert goes, and how a closed job is counted toward your plan.
