What do you want your marketing to do for you?

Pick the one that matters most right now. We start there.

What your buyers search

The searches that come right after the storm.

A homeowner with a leak or a dented gutter types something close to one of these, usually on a phone, often the same afternoon. Your pages and your map listing have to answer these exact questions for the towns you roof in.

  • roof replacement near me
  • hail damage roof inspection
  • storm damage roofer
  • roof leak repair
  • help with roof insurance claim
  • emergency roof tarp
  • metal roof installation
  • commercial roofing contractor

The jobs worth chasing

  • Full replacements

The ticket that makes the month. Pages, ads and follow-up point here first.

  • Storm and insurance work

Hail and wind claims, where the homeowner needs a roofer who can walk them through the adjuster visit.

  • Commercial re-roofs

Property managers and building owners who buy on a schedule and come back for the next building.

  • Metal, tile and specialty roofs

Higher-margin materials that buyers research before they call, so the page has to answer first.

What goes wrong

Where roofing leads leak out.

None of these are a website problem on their own. Each one costs you signed replacements every season.

  • The storm brings chasers with it.

After a big hail event, out-of-town crews knock doors and bid on every ad in the hit ZIP codes. The homeowner can’t tell your truck from theirs. A site that shows your address, your license, your crews and your years in town is what separates you.

  • Shared leads go to the fastest dialer.

Lead marketplaces commonly sell the same request to several roofers. The first one to call usually gets the inspection, and everyone else pays for the lead anyway.

  • Repair calls crowd out replacements.

If your site ranks for “roof leak repair” and nothing else, the calendar fills with small jobs. The replacement searches go to whoever wrote the pages for them.

  • The insurance claim scares people off.

Homeowners stall when they don’t understand deductibles, adjusters or what the roofer does in the claim. A plain-English claim page earns the inspection that a “Free estimates!” banner doesn’t.

How demand moves

A roofing year, and what to do in each part of it.

Your market sets the dates. Hail belts, hurricane coasts and cold northern winters each shift when the phone rings.

  1. Spring

Hail season on the Plains and in Texas

Hail peaks in spring across the Plains and much of Texas. The day after a storm, inspection searches jump in the ZIP codes it hit. Storm pages and ads need to be ready before it, not written after.

  2. June 1 to November 30

    Atlantic hurricane season

For Gulf and Florida roofers, wind claims and tarp calls come first, then re-roofs as claims settle. The claim explainer and the emergency number carry the site in these months.

  3. Summer into fall

    Replacements get scheduled

Approved claims and planned replacements fill the calendar. Follow-up on every open inspection matters more than new traffic.

  4. Winter

Slow in the north, build time everywhere

Cold markets like Kansas City slow down. It is the time to write city pages, collect reviews and fix the listing, so you rank before the first spring storm.

The problem

No website. Leads came in through Facebook alone. Organic search brought little, and the PPC budget burned on bot clicks and low-intent leads.

What we did

Built a 350+ page site mapped to their ideal commercial and high-end residential clients, wired in an instant-estimator for real-time quotes, and ran an omni-channel program across SEO, PPC, local SEO, and social, tuned for AI-overview visibility in tools like ChatGPT.

Their work on SEO and PPC is generating leads and helping us expand our business.

The problem

No website. A metro-wide roofing operation with real crews and real referrals was invisible to anyone searching for a Kansas City roofer, and every storm-season lead had to arrive by word of mouth.

What we did

Built and shipped the site on the FH stack in a single sprint , service and metro pages mapped to how people actually search for roofing work, insurance-claim help written in plain English, free-inspection calls to action on every page, and the scored FH lead pipeline wired to alert the owner the moment a request comes in.

In measurement

What we built

Locally owned roofing contractor covering Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Kyle, Buda, and the rest of Central Texas: replacement, repair, storm damage, and insurance claims. We built the site from the Blue Arrow structure, rebranded and restyled for Austin, with a 60-second inspection request that texts Will and Noah directly and the FH lead pipeline scoring every request behind it.

The engagement is underway and the measurement window is open. Numbers publish here once they verify.

How you pay

How a roofing plan is built.

Every plan is built from the same three parts. What changes by trade is what counts as a lead and how long a job takes to close.

What counts as a lead

An inspection request from a homeowner or property manager inside your service area, with a real address and a phone number that picks up.

What does not

A repair price check from three counties over, a solicitor, or a duplicate of a request you already have.

  • A monthly retainer

Covers the site, the city and storm pages, SEO, the listing work and the Friday read. It keeps running in the slow months, when rankings for next spring get built.

  • A price per qualified lead

A set price for each inspection request that meets the definition above. Storm weeks bring more of them, and you only pay for the ones that qualify.

  • A share of each closed job

A share of each replacement that signs from those leads. When the claim approves and the roof goes on, both of us earn from it.

What counts as a lead is agreed before work starts. Prices depend on your market, so we quote them on a call. No setup fee.

Questions owners ask

About marketing for roofers.

Do you sell the same lead to other roofers?
No. The requests come in through your own website and your own Google Business Profile, so they go to you alone. That is the difference from a lead marketplace, where one request is often sold to several contractors.
How do we get storm work without looking like a storm chaser?
Show what a chaser can’t: your street address, your license, your crews, photos of roofs you did in the same neighborhoods, and reviews from people nearby. Storm pages and ads should be written before the storm, so you are the local answer when the searches come.
How fast does a new roofing site bring in leads?
Blue Arrow Roofing’s first inbound lead came five hours after launch. That was one client, in one market, and not a promise. Local rankings usually move in 60 to 90 days, and ads can bring requests the week they start.
We roof in several cities. Do we need a page for each?
Yes, if each one has something real on it: the neighborhoods, the roof types common there, jobs you have done nearby. Kind Roofing’s site covers Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Kyle, Buda and the rest of Central Texas that way.
Can you help with commercial roofing too?
Yes. Talbot Companies’ site was mapped to their ideal commercial and high-end residential clients. Commercial buyers want different proof than homeowners, like building types and maintenance programs, so those get their own pages.
What happens when a request comes in at night?
With AI Lead Response on, it gets answered right away: the address, the problem, whether there is a claim, and an inspection time. You get a text with the ones worth calling back first thing.
What does a roofing lead cost?
It depends on your market and how much storm competition there is, so we quote it on a call. The plan is a retainer, a price per qualified inspection request and a share of each replacement that signs, and the mix is in writing before work starts.
