Elevi

People first. Elevi is how they move fast.

Frontend Horizon is a team of people. Elevi is the platform layer they build on: it drafts the work, watches the numbers, writes the reports, gates the deploys, and keeps the ops log. We run every Frontend Horizon engagement on it, including the site you are on right now. The people make the calls. Elevi makes them faster, and every engagement teaches it, so the next one starts smarter.

Access

Elevi runs FH engagements. It is not a product you license.

Elevi is not available to outside teams. It is not a SaaS product with a sign-up page. It runs Frontend Horizon client engagements only.

When your engagement starts, Elevi is already running: the ops backbone, the analytics watch, the deploy gate, the reporting. You do not configure it. You do not wait for it to ramp up. It is on from day one.

The Cortex

Accumulated operating knowledge. Every engagement teaches it.

The Cortex is Elevi’s operating intelligence. It is not a chat model sitting in isolation. It is a structured body of knowledge built from every engagement, every decision, every deploy, and every error caught. The next engagement starts smarter because the last one wrote into it.

Reasoning playbooks

Elevi keeps a library of reasoning recipes keyed to work state: what to check when a ticket arrives, how to scope a build, when to escalate. The playbooks are DB-backed and updated from real outcomes, not written once and forgotten.

Lessons and facts

The knowledge base tracks our live stack. Each lesson declares the exact framework and config facts it depends on. When a fact changes, every lesson bound to it is flagged the same day and refreshed before it reaches a reader.

Verification recipes

Before a build ships, Elevi runs a catalog of named checks against it: a parameterized test plus a procedure followed the same way every time. The record of what was checked, and the result, lives in the engagement log.

Engagement history

Every ticket, event, and status change writes into an append-only log. The Cortex reads from that record when it reasons about new work, so prior outcomes inform the current one. Nothing is discarded.

Skills

Named capabilities. Not vibes.

Elevi’s Skills are packaged expertise packs: curated, attributed, and composable. Each skill is a named capability with a defined input, a defined output, and a routing layer that decides which skill a given task calls for. When a new best practice enters the pack, every engagement that calls that skill gets the updated behavior. There is no manual rollout.

Curation gates

Brand, slop-risk, license, and spec checks run on every asset before it ships. The gate is the same across every client.

Brand voice

Every user-facing string in a component or doc is checked against COPY_GUIDE. Violations surface with a proposed rewrite, not a vague complaint.

Design review

Token coverage, state matrix, accessibility gaps. The review runs against the spec, not the reviewer's memory of what was agreed.

What it runs today

These are the real ops. Running now, on live engagements.

Not a roadmap. Not a demo. Each item below is in production, running on Frontend Horizon engagements today.

Ticket pipeline

Client feedback comes in. Elevi reads it, drafts the scope, routes the work ticket, and writes the goal before a human touches it.

Weekly reports

Scheduled, themed, and delivered as PDF. No one assembles a deck by hand.

Analytics and error watch

Elevi watches every site for traffic drops and broken forms, surfaces the anomaly, and files the ticket the same day.

Site chat

Elevi answers in the site chat. The answer comes from the same knowledge base the team operates on.

Operator notifications

On the operator desk, Elevi reads critical notifications aloud. Nothing sits unread in a tab.

Deploy gate

Before any code lands on a client site, Elevi gates it: lint, typecheck, tests, build. A green gate is required. There is no bypass.

The split

Where Elevi stops. Where our people start.

Because the same measurement stack runs across every site, the split is clean. On the lean tier, Elevi does the repeatable build and ops work so our small team can deliver it. On performance partnerships, it is the engine our people steer toward the outcome. The calls stay ours either way.

We run it, lean

Our team, with Elevi handling the repeatable build and ops work underneath.

The lean tier. We build the site from your public data, watch the meters, score the leads, and tell you when you have earned the next rung. The price stays low because Elevi makes our small team fast, not because software replaced the people.

  • Price a real plan in the estimator and start from $25/mo. We build right after.
  • Grow to $50 and $99 as the site earns it. Month to month, cancel any time.
  • We flag the upgrade only when your own numbers clear the benchmark.
FH and Elevi run it

Our people, with the same apps measuring underneath.

The performance partnership. When a template is not enough, FH's operators run a discovery sprint and ship a bespoke build on a lower base plus a share of the new revenue we source. Elevi does the operational lifting so the people focus on the work and the upside.

  • A bespoke build that is yours, not a skinned template.
  • A lower base plus a share of the new revenue we source, counted by the same lead pipeline that runs on every site.
  • We earn the share only when the build produces. No revenue sourced, no share owed.

The apps

Built once. Shipped on every site.

The same code that runs your site runs every other FH client. That is what makes the measurement real. One stack. One benchmark. Every site measured against it.

Lead pipeline

Scores every form the instant it submits, on a 100-point rubric, and routes the hot ones first.

This is the meter that counts the revenue a site actually sources.

Analytics kit

Drop-in beacons send every page view and click into one shared store, aggregated across every site we run.

It builds the benchmark for what a site like yours should convert at.

Error observability

Client and server errors are fingerprinted and grouped, so a broken form surfaces in minutes, not weeks.

A site that breaks quietly loses leads quietly. This catches it.

Journey mapping

Every page is checked for a live path to the lead form. Dead-ends get flagged before a visitor hits one.

The shortest path from visitor to lead is the one we protect.

Reports

Scheduled, themed, and delivered as PDF, with no one assembling a deck by hand.

You see your numbers without having to ask for them.

Static mirror

Every site is captured at eight device sizes, so the layout is reviewed on real screens instead of guessed.

The funnel holds on the phone, where most of your buyers are.

Ops backbone

The ticket, project, and cost system the whole team runs the work on.

It is why a small team ships like a large one, and why the low tier can cost what it costs.

Learn the play

What to do at every stage. Written for your industry.

The same two axes the rest of the site sorts you on: your industry sets the language, your stage sets the offer. Find your row, read the play from your first page to a multi-brand engagement, and see the price for each step. Every engagement runs on Elevi from day one.

Get started

Elevi runs the engagement.

Direct access is not offered. Run discovery to start an engagement that runs on it. Eight minutes. We pull census and public data on your geo, draft the ICP cards, and hand you the system before any sales call.
